                                        Qualifications:

                                        • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
                                        • Proven track record of leadership in a technical role, preferably as a CTO or similar, within a high-growth software company.
                                        • Extensive experience managing cross-functional teams, including software engineering, DevOps, IT operations, IT security, and QA.
                                        • Experience managing on-shore and off-shore teams
                                        • Strong background in software engineering with expertise in cloud technologies and microservice architectures.
                                        • Successful history of launching and scaling software products in a dynamic and competitive market.
